As part of the creation of a shared services organisation, I supported my client in optimizing Human Resources management and digitizing administrative processes. I structured the various aspects of the project by defining the organisational model and optimizing processes. I also oversaw the implementation of Oracle HCM and complementary digitalisation solutions, such as electronic signatures and document management systems (DMS), while ensuring effective change management.
Support in resolving internal and external conflicts within companies, as well as disputes between individuals, with the goal of finding amicable and lasting solutions and restoring relationships. Facilitation of workshops and training sessions to prevent disputes and promote a healthy and collaborative work environment. Assistance during complex negotiations. Post-mediation follow-up to ensure the implementation of agreements and support the parties in their adaptation.
